Richa is a story enthusiast, performance artist, drama coach, motivational speaker, and festival curator.

She is the founder of TheStoryMunch, a theatrical, creative storytelling venture.

TheStoryMunch conducts storytelling sessions and workshops, and also organises storytelling festivals (such as: Katha Parab, Jharkhand Storytelling Festival) to increase the Happiness Quotient and Emotional Quotient of people.
